Return Process

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the glassware in its original packaging and ensure it is securely padded to prevent breakage during transit; please include your printed return slip inside the box.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
